Renowned Volcano artist  Dietrich Varez, whose work takes its inspiration from the Hawaii of old, autographs the back of his oil painting, "Lua Pele," for Honolulu buyer Anthony Traversino during Varez's book and print signing session Saturday at Volcano Art Center Gallery. Varez's appearance was part of VAC's annual "Christmas in the Country" exhibit.
